RV Spaces:

• As of January 1, 2012, RV space rent is $35 per night, $95 per week, or $282 per month.
• All utilities are included in nightly and weekly rent. Monthly rent includes $50 of electricity; tenant pays the overage.
• Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
